This ring is gorgeous–and alexandrite rings, even lab-created ones, are difficult to find, but my girlfriend loved it. Unfortunately it arrived with a diamond missing, and another one fell out within a week of delivery. I took the ring to Jared’s knowing how difficult it was to find something that was just right with alexandrite, hoping I could just fix up the ring for the sake of the stone, but the jeweler there said the yellow gold setting and the small diamonds made for a bad fit and others would continue to go missing. Really sad too. I wanted this ring so bad I was prepared to just return and exchange, but wouldn’t you know, you can only return and get a refund–no exchanges. All around very unfortunate. Beautiful, beautiful ring though.
